hey guys
just an update on Milke, i saw him twice last weekend, he was preaching at church and at BIG. He currently has 33 broken bones including bothi his arms, and 8 places in his back. Mike is also in a wheelchair but his attitude is just amazing, he said that it hurts to lay down and he if he breaks a rib going to the toilet he may aswell break a bone doing something good. Well hes definatly still in need of prayer and support. also listen to his song Healer..its just beautiful and impacting. God Bless, Madelaine

He's going to be speaking at Paradise Community Church on Friday, I think mainly for the youth. The last time I saw him was at PS in Melbourne, pray that he has the wisdom what to say and also the strength.

hey everyone!! The doc gave mike 9 months to live and 9½ months later here he is.. Mike preached at my youth group on friday 29th June... (I got to Edge Church, Australia) He was amazing and i dont think that he'll be going anywhere soon.... Jhn 5:20 (NLT) For the Father loves the Son and tells him everything he is doing, and the Son will do far greater things than healing this man. You will be astonished at what he does.

He is so amazing, even though he has got 33 broken bones he is still praising God. Reminds me of Job Job 2:9 His wife said to him, Are you still holding on to your integrity? Curse God and die! Job 2:10 He replied, You are talking like a foolish woman. Shall we accept good from God, and not trouble? In all this, Job did not sin in what he said. |

Well this weekend i got to hear from danny guglielmucci (mikes dad) at realmen conference. He spoke about his son saying that he preaches still in fact he was in the u.k just recently and still serving God and all that, he might go through alot of pain and sickness afterwards but he says its nothing compared to serving God.
Ps danny also said his grandson who was only 5 i think? cant quite remember the age but he was young anyway, he said this, im going to fast my ravioli until God heals my uncle. If a young kid can have faith like that and if mike can preach while hes sick, why cant we do what God wants us to do, just a friendly challenge and a update of how mike is doing

Hey everyone,
When I started this prayer thread for Mike, I posted it because there was a need for prayer. It was just another prayer request like the others that have been posted by us all. Prayer is powerful and God hears all of our requests. I have been monitoring this thread for a while and have noticed that it has gained a lot more attention that all of the other requests for prayer. For instance, this has had over 3,500 views and 63 replies compared to most of the other requests which have averaged 6-7 replies (if that). I know he is 'famous' and well known among the Christian youth of Australia, but how come his prayer need seems to atract more attention, prayer and praise than the others? I urge you all to look at your motives and purpose for praying. Dont get me wrong, I think it's great that Mike has been healed, however, I think the focus should be on giving glory to God and not to Mike. All of our needs are important to God, whether we are big, small, popular, articulate or quietly spoken. Each request is important to God, and as believers in Christ Jesus, they should be important to us as well.

well i am from South Africa and had Mike's dad, Pastor Danny, at our church this weekend & wow! Fantastic! He spoke also bout Mike & i was so inspired & touched by what he is going through that i had to google him & see what i info i could get amazing how God works in our lives. Mike is an inspiration to all! just wanted to let you know that he also has South African's praying for him & the work that he is doing! chat again! |
